THE MEETING, held in Stilwell was called to order by Bruce Tabor, Board Chairman.
THE INVOCATION was given by Danny Braden.
GUESTS PRESENT:
THE MINUTES of the November 2007 meeting were approved as written. The motion to approve the minutes
was made by Sam Chandler and seconded by Donna Wood. The motion carried with 6 yes votes and 2
abstentions.
FINANCIAL REPORT: A motion was made by Mike Ballard and seconded by Donna Wood to accept the
Financial Reports (October 2007 and November 2007) as presented. The motion carried with a unanimous roll
call vote.
PROGRAM STATUS REPORTS: A motion was made by Mike Ballard and seconded by Danny Braden to
accept the Program Status Reports (November 2007 and December 2007) as received. The motion carried with
a unanimous roll call vote.
ADMINISTRATIVE – 2008 BOARD MEETING DATES: A motion was made by Donna Wood and seconded by
William Long to accept the 2008 Board Meeting Dates as presented. The motion carried with a unanimous roll
call vote.
ADMINISTRATIVE – 2008 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: A motion was made by Danny Braden and seconded by Phyllis
Asbill to accept the 2008 Board Meeting Dates as presented. The motion carried with a unanimous roll call vote.
Cleon Harrell mentioned to the board ERC sold to Belmont and Inter Urban Investment Company owns Belmont
and that he spoke to them today and asked them to give us more information and that the Oklahoma Housing
Finance Agency (OHFA) cannot make changes until we sign off. Also mentioned was that the agency might
know something about the Child Abuse Training grant by February 15, 2008.
The meeting adjourned at 6:01 p.m.
